Kori America is looking for temporary sales reps to join our team!
Based in Los Angeles, Kori America is a wholesale women's apparel company. As
Fans and Lovers of the Bohemian trend, We strive to design and create
beautiful, timelessly organic clothing with PRIDE and LOVE.
We are seeking young sales professionals who have had at least one year of
sales experience. This is a temporary position which takes place at the
Dallas Market Center. For prospective sales models, we are looking for
energetic people with great enthusiasm and exceptional sales skills.
We start off by unboxing and merchandising (similar to a retail position) all
of our newest and most popular samples that have been shipped to Dallas from
Los Angeles. After we proceed to transform our booth into a retail space,
with all of our samples steamed and neatly organized, we proceed to greet and
welcome in all of our customers - boutique owners and store buyers - into our
booth to help maintain boutiques well stocked with only the newest and most
popular styles that we sell in wholesale quantities.
This temporary sales position provides an opportunity to have full exposure
to some of the most successful boutique owners and store buyers in the
industry. In assisting our customers, one would have the most immediate
access to an incredible wealth of knowledge of the fashion industry. (Some of
our sales reps have gone on to open their own successful boutiques under the
mentorship of some of our buyers.)
Dates are October 22nd - October 27th. Hired representatives must be fully
committed to these dates.
Responsibilities and Duties
Unboxing, steaming, and merchandising samples
Greeting and assisting new and existing customers
Assisting our buyers with styles they are looking for
Showcasing our most popular styles as well as personal favories
Maintaining a clean and professional work space
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 1 year of retail experience
Timeliness
Professionalism
Little to some knowledge of POS systems
Ability to adapt
