| HiEnd Accents is a leading designer and distributor of affordable luxury bedding and accessories including bedding sets, decorated pillows, dinnerware, bathroom accessories and etc. We are currently looking for an e-Commerce Sales Manager to join our expanded e-Commerce team for our headquarters in Irving, TX.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage e-Commerce accounts
• Formulate and execute annual sales and marketing plans for key e-Commerce accounts.
• Develop analytics to track sales and trends towards key performance metrics for respective e-Commerce accounts.
• Generate accurate monthly forecast and provide meaningful insights on account performance to increase sales.
• Make sure accounts follow company’s pricing policy and address pricing issues in a timely fashion.
• Track account operational metrics and benchmarks including fill rates, operational efficiencies and logistics execution.
• Ensure that customer web content and any other sales drivers are up-to-date.
• Work with customer and operations to resolve unfair or undue fines or chargebacks.
• Develop and nurture current and new business relationships with key e-Commerce accounts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 3 plus years experience in e-commerce sales/account management.
• 3 to 5 years wholesales industry experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sales forecasting.
• Excellent business management and developmental skills.
• Must have experience with vendor portals, such as Amazon, Wayfair and Overstock.
• Experience with bed, bath and home decor industry is a plus.
