| This is a full-time position in the Loloi Rugs Showroom at the Dallas World Trade Center. Hours are typically, but not limited to 8:30 am-5:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
We have 4 trade shows per year. Extended hours and weekends are required as needed, but definitely required during showroom set up and all 4 Home & Gift trade shows. Weekends are also required during inventory. All of that usually adds up to 6 to 10 weekends per year.
We offer our products and services to the Interior Design trade. This position requires lifting rugs and sometimes furniture. It also requires hanging artwork. It also includes packaging, driving, and installing our rugs throughout the DFW metroplex. When not on deliveries, handling rugs for our sales reps, showroom staff, and customers in the showroom is required. This position involves a lot of lifting.
Comfort with technology is preferred for using in-house systems to send and receive product.
Continuous eye for detail with regards to showroom maintenance and housekeeping is ongoing and required.
Commitment to attendance and punctuality is strongly enforced. |
