Customer Service -Sales Support

Innovative Packaging Group is a 50 year old, privately owned, local Dallas Company specializing in all aspects of Retail Packaging. We are looking to fill an entry level position for Data Entry, Customer Service, and Sales Support. Good typing skills and some knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook will help with on-the-job training. While becoming familiar with our product lines the primary Daily responsibilities include answering and redirecting incoming calls, entering purchase orders, assisting customers both in-person and on the phone. Good organization, the ability to multi-task and work well with others will help support you as a team member. There is potential for advancement within our organization for a motivated candidate.
