Position Summary: Effectively sources leasing prospects and builds/maintains positive relationships with current tenants in order to achieve sales/leasing goals

 

Position Description (Italics reflect performance appraisal criteria):

·         Develops annual sales plan for assigned industry(ies) by setting budget and achieving revenue goals

·         Initiates contact with renewals and executes paperwork within 30-60 days of lease renewal date

·         Effectively utilizes Goldmine to develop and maintain an active pipeline of prospective tenants; enters thorough and accurate information

·         Promotes, nurtures and maintains positive relationships with tenants to foster loyalty to DMC; is perceived as an active, visible liaison and instills confidence in this customer group

·         Partners effectively with internal departments in order to meet the needs of the tenant base; communicates and shares relevant information; interacts regularly with marketing to brainstorm industry(ies), identify new trends/risks and create opportunities

·         Other related duties as assigned

Required Education:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

Required Experience:

·         4-5 years of professional sales experience; leasing experience within the shopping mall, or commercial leasing space preferred.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements:

·         Office Environment- Ability to sit for vast majority of work shift
