DALLAS – December 7, 2017 – Dallas Market Center proudly presents hundreds of new holiday resources and expands its role as The Home of Holidays during Holiday & Home Expo, January 17-23, 2018, a seven day celebration of holiday inspiration for tens of thousands of wholesale buyers from around the world held concurrently with Total Home & Gift Market.

Dallas Market Center offers more than 600,000 square feet of exhibit space dedicated to Christmas, religious holidays, and secular celebrations throughout the year. The center of holiday activity will be the second floor of the Interior Home + Design Center (formerly the Plaza building), which features more than 200,000 square feet of holiday, floral, gift, and home showrooms. New showrooms include O Tannenbaum (IHDC 2F216) and Arty Imports (IHDC 2F446).
In the World Trade Center and Trade Mart buildings, additional holiday resources will offer buyers unmatched product options for the upcoming selling season including décor but also a wide array of holiday gift giving options. Included in the new, expanded, and relocated showrooms are several showrooms with significant holiday resources: Christopher Radko (WTC 450), Napco (WTC 280), Holidynamics (WTC 470), TAG (TM 2503), Roman Inc (TM 1501), and Candle Warmers (TM 1735).
To celebrate the industry, the Holiday & Decorative Association and Dallas Market Center will present a Mexican Fiesta on Friday evening beginning at 6 p.m. on the second floor of the Interior Home + Design Center. The party will include Mexican-themed food, drinks, and live music.
To help educate and inspire, new for January Holiday & Home Expo is a Design Bar, located on the second floor of the Interior Home + Design Center. Hosts Donna Price and J Schwanke will present hands-on floral and holiday demonstrations Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

On Thursday and Friday at 11 a.m. J Schwanke presents theme tours of the Dallas marketplace. The Thursday tour is “New Trends and Hot Colors” and Friday is “The Best of Display and Merchandising.” Meet at the World Trade Center atrium fountain.

Buyer hospitality on the second floor of the Interior Home + Design Center includes an afternoon beer and wine bar on Wednesday and Thursday outside of IHDC 2F407 from 3-5 p.m.
