Kimes Ranch to Open Showroom at Dallas Market Center

– Denim Industry Leader to Show Inside Largest Western Marketplace–

DALLAS – January 29, 2020 – Dallas Market Center, the leading western lifestyle marketplace and home to WESA’s International Western/English Apparel & Equipment Markets beginning in 2021, announces that Kimes Ranch will open a new, permanent showroom inside its growing western marketplace on the 14th floor in time for the Western Market: March 24-27, 2020.

Kimes Ranch joins an impressive neighborhood of leading western apparel and accessories companies who have recently committed to a new showroom at Dallas Market Center. This addition further solidifies Dallas Market Center’s position as the dominant western marketplace for apparel, boots and footwear, accessories, and tack and equipment.

“We’re truly excited to bring the Kimes Ranch brand to Dallas Market Center,” said Amanda Kimes, owner of Kimes Ranch. “A permanent space gives our company the best opportunity to reach new buyers from across the country and connect with loyal customers. We’ve already had great success with custom events inside Dallas Market Center and can’t wait to expand our relationships and our business alongside so many amazing western brands.”

“We look forward to building on the strong partnership we have with Kimes Ranch,” said Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. “Their commitment to a permanent showroom in Dallas represents a welcome addition to our expansive collection of top western companies in the world’s largest marketplace.”

Kimes Ranch is a family-owned company with more than a decade of experience developing and designing denim that serves both the western and fashion-forward customer. Founded by husband and wife team, Amanda and Matt Kimes, the company continues to be a leading producer of quality denim styles for men and women, versatile enough to crossover from western to everyday wear.

Construction on the western marketplace inside Dallas Market Center is already underway, with a grand opening celebration planned in conjunction with the 2021 debut of the most comprehensive western marketplace in the world--featuring hundreds of western lifestyle brands serving retail buyers from across the U.S. and internationally. No other marketplace in the world attracts more buyers seeking western and western-inspired products, including traditional western stores as well as apparel boutiques and gift stores broadening their merchandise mix.

WESA’s decision to move the International Western/English Apparel & Equipment Markets to Dallas beginning in 2021 was based upon a number of factors including Dallas’ superior entertainment and travel value. Throughout Dallas Market Center’s six decades of service to buyers and sellers the company has worked hard to ensure the availability of nearby accommodations, restaurants, entertainment, and support services that are plentiful, convenient, and affordable. To that end, according to Business Travel News, Dallas offers lower total business travel costs than most U.S. tradeshow destinations including Denver, Atlanta, and Las Vegas. Centrally located within a short travel time from any location in the U.S. and Latin America, Dallas Market Center has more than 5,000 hotel rooms available within one mile including numerous budget options as well as hundreds of restaurants.
