DALLAS – December 20, 2019 – Underscoring the strength of the lighting marketplace at Dallas Market Center, Savoy House (TM 4901) will create one of the largest lighting showrooms in Dallas by almost doubling their space. The nearly 15,000 s.f. showroom, expanding from their existing showroom into adjacent space, will debut at the June 2020 edition of Lightovation—Dallas International Lighting Show.

Savoy House is a leading manufacturer of residential lighting and ceiling fans fulfilling a design mission of creating recognizable and stylish products of high quality. The family-owned, Georgia-based company produces styles that are contemporary, transitional, and traditional. Savoy House products are available from top lighting retailers across the U.S. and Canada. The Savoy House product line-up includes chandeliers, ceiling fixtures, pendants, wall lights, outdoor and ceiling fans.

“To support increasing demand for our expanding product selections we are making a strategic expansion inside the home of lighting,” said Troy Lee, president, Savoy House. “The Dallas marketplace offers us this unique opportunity to dramatically expand and to efficiently reach loyal and new buyers. We continue to appreciate everything the Dallas Market Center team does to help support our business, and we look forward to a very grand opening in June.”

“Savoy House is already an important marketplace destination but this expansion creates a Dallas institution,” said Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. “Troy and his company family are incredible partners and deliver tremendous value to the marketplace; they stand behind quality products with a bedrock promise of style and value that lighting buyers deeply appreciate.”

Savoy House joins nearly 60 lighting companies that have recently deepened their commitment to Dallas Market Center via new leases, long-term renewals, or expansions.
