The legendary Hilton Anatole in Dallas is pleased to announce the creation of its new, contemporary steakhouse, SĒR (pronounced “sear”).

Boasting some of the most incredible views of the Dallas skyline, SĒR offers an equally impressive menu featuring prime cuts of the finest beef, the freshest of seafood, and unique appetizers and side dishes that clearly differentiate it as a new style of Dallas steakhouse.

By design, SĒR has a bold and open style that is both casual and sophisticated. Warm cognac and whiskey leathers, locally sourced end-grain mesquite walls and community tables, rich mesquite floors and solid walnut tabletops create a masculine, yet hip and urban feel. The warm gray and brown color scheme is accented by mustard high-backed leather chairs, red votive candles and early twentieth-century car mascots. The 14-seat chef’s table and wine display make for an intimate destination adjacent to the exhibition kitchen. And, of course, its stunning floor-to-ceiling views of the city are unparalleled.
SĒR’s culinary strengths are highlighted by a unique wood grilling technique that produces amazingly flavorful steaks - like the popular Bone In Filet of Beef with house-cured bacon and whole-grain mustard, Wagyu “Spinalis” or Line-Caught Salmon. In addition, the unique side dishes, appetizers and desserts include many one-of-a-kind offerings in all of Dallas, with the flavorful Pistachio Layer Cake with morello cherry compote or Butternut-Apple Crisp with yogurt-pecan ice cream.
Heading up the culinary team of SĒR is Chef Anthony Van Camp, a gifted young Texas native, whose mentor is the legendary Anthony Bombaci, the critically-acclaimed executive chef of Nana, who was recently promoted to hotel chef de cuisine. Having worked with Bombaci for the last six years as executive sous chef, Van Camp is up to the challenge of making SER the best steakhouse in Dallas.
