Dallas Market Center is seeking a part time Market Services Registration Associate to join our team! You will be focused on registering new businesses and assisting buyers with any questions related to the Dallas Market Center. This position is responsible for processing leads online and in person during Markets. As a registration associate you are required to learn all aspects of Unity. This position is 30 hours per week in the office.
Position Description:
- Answers incoming calls in the call center relating to registration
- Process online leads in the registration queue
- Assisting updating exhibitor lists
- Works and processes incoming registration mail and emails
- Works New Business or Registration counters during markets
- Works on various buyer registration system data clean up and research projects as assigned
- Assist daily with switchboard
- Other related duties as assigned
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Bilingual Preferred – English and Spanish
Physical Requirements:
- Office Environment- Ability to sit for vast majority of work shift
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
