Overview

Dallas Market Center is looking for a dynamic and data driven Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to lead strategic marketing efforts that attract and engage prospective permanent and temporary exhibitors across our trade show portfolio. In this role, you’ll develop and optimize multi channel campaigns—spanning email marketing, automation workflows, prospecting content, and digital experiences—to drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and support leasing growth. As the primary marketing partner to our Leasing team, you’ll collaborate closely with cross functional marketing groups to deliver smart, targeted programs that strengthen our pipeline and contribute directly to company revenue goals.

Description

Exhibitor Prospecting Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that support exhibitor/brand prospecting goals across permanent and temporary leasing.
  • Partner with Leasing leadership to understand priority industries, audiences, events, and growth objectives.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for exhibitor prospecting initiatives.
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
  • Own the creation, scheduling, and deployment of email marketing campaigns to prospective exhibitors/brands.
  • Build and manage email campaigns within marketing automation tools (Salesforce and/or HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign planning, targeting, and execution. Build and schedule email campaigns in Salesforce.
Marketing Automation & Segmentation
  • Build and maintain audience segmentation within marketing automation platforms.
  • Manage lists, workflows, and automated journeys to support prospecting and engagement goals.
  • Build, test, and optimize Salesforce workflows and automation programs.
  • Ensure data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and targeting alignment with demand generation objectives.
  • Work within Salesforce to manage campaign assets, testing, and deployment.
  • Maintain data consistency and alignment between Marketing and Leasing systems.
Prospectus & Sales Enablement Materials
  • Outline, manage, and deploy trade show, leasing, and media prospectuses in partnership with Leasing and Creative.
  • Ensure prospecting materials clearly communicate value propositions, opportunities, and timelines to prospective exhibitors/brands.
Website & Digital Marketing
  • Oversee strategy and execution of website marketing updates focused on prospective exhibitors/brands.
  • Build and maintain a schedule of website updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, messaging clarity, and prospect experience.
  • Make website updates through the site CMS, Kentico.
  • Partner with web and digital teams to launch and optimize lead capture forms and landing pages.
  • Ensure proper CRM integration, tracking, and attribution for inbound leads.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing project management, creative, content, and digital teams to execute integrated campaigns on time and on brand.
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and marketing best practices.
Measurement, Optimization & Reporting
  • Track and report on performance of all owned and paid marketing assets.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to measure engagement, conversion, and lead performance.
  • Analyze campaign results and apply insights to improve future performance.
  • Test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, personalization, creative, timing, and targeting.
  • Use insights to recommend improvements and inform future strategies.
Required Education:
  • Bachelors Degree in related field preferred
Required Experience:
  • 3 – 7 years experience
  • Experience with Marketing automation platforms like Pardot and/or HubSpot
  • Experience with Salesforce/Pardot a plus
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer experience and service
Physical Requirements:
  • Office Environment- Ability to sit for vast majority of work shift.
  • Periodic travel may be a requirement of this position
