Position responsibilities: • Lead the development and execution of branding and marketing strategies and tactics in support of brand development and sales revenue goals. • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan for each fiscal year, to include marketing activities, timelines, and budgets, and works within parameters. • Generates ideas to better connect our brand with customers, ensuring consistency of promotion and communication of the brand. • Develops, implements, and executes communication and training programs that bring the brand and its values to life. • Creates brand advocates by educating, evangelizing, and driving understanding of the FAHL brand capabilities throughout our customer base and internal organization. • Identifies and attends market, industry, and social functions, with the intent of networking and promoting the FAHL brand message. • Schedules personal engagements with existing and prospective customers to relay the brand story. • Collaborates closely with the Sales team directing them to customers and prospects “sold” on the brand for sales follow up. • Directs the marketing team in developing branding tools including social media, websites, videos and virtual events, presentations, collateral, advertising campaigns, media relations, showroom merchandising, sample requirements, CEU courses, etc. • Listens intently to market needs on products, services, packaging, quality, technology, etc. and communicates appropriately to internal teams with recommendations Traits and characteristics: • Strategic: Visionary creative and analytically minded. Skills & Requirements: • Undergraduate degree and minimum 5 years demonstrated record of success in senior level marketing position. • Demonstrated success in previous sales/sales management position • Extensive knowledge of industry, markets, and business practices. • Strong understanding of marketing concepts, customer acquisition and retention, social media, & SEO • Management: Hands-on, decisive management style, with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and supervise others • Highly organized, detailed oriented and analytical problem-solving skills • Have strong cross-functional and team-building skills with the ability to manage effectively across all aspects and levels of the organization. • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and strong customer orientation. • Travel 50% +.
