Qualifying Documents
All businesses have 90 calendar days to qualify and submit any missing documents. An application fee of $150 may apply if any documents are missing. We reserve the right to request additional information on your business and/or refuse admittance.
Required documents for Companies:
All companies must provide the following:
Sales Tax Permit/501(c)(3) Permit – Required for each domestic company
Companies must also provide one of the following:

Website with Cart– must have 30 separate/different items for sale
Signed Quarterly State Sales Tax Return w/payment or e-receipt
Invoices ($3,000-4,000) of purchases
Executed Lease and/or Picture of Store Front
Designer/Architect- State Certification or Membership of Interior Design Association
Builder- State Certification or Member of Home Builders Association
Proper NAICS Codes on Sales Tax Permit designating as a Designer (for Independent Designers)
International Business Liscense – Required for each international company
