Role Summary We are seeking partnerships with established, territory-based Sales Representatives who currently serve the lighting, furniture, or luxury interiors markets. If you're actively working with interior designers, showrooms, and commercial specifiers—and are looking to add a customizable, high-quality line that clients can get excited about—Nörska offers a unique and strategic addition to your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Nörska within your designated territory as part of your curated line card
Promote our customizable lighting collections to interior designers, architects, and showroom buyers
Educate clients on our product offering, materials, finishes, lead times, and design flexibility
Leverage your current network to expand Nörska’s presence and sales in your region
Coordinate sample kit requests and support showroom integration where applicable
Participate in key trade shows and regional events, including Lightovation
Provide feedback on customer needs and regional design trends
Ideal Candidate Profile
Currently working as an independent sales rep in the lighting or high-end interiors market
3+ years of experience in trade sales with an active book of business
Strong relationships with designers, specifiers, and showrooms
Highly self-motivated with strong communication and follow-up skills
Passionate about handcrafted products, sustainable design, and the details that set quality apart

This is a Full-Time - Self Scheduled position. Light overnight travel to trade shows at the Dallas Market Center required, usually 3-4 shows per year. Other trade shows to be discussed with light travel.
This is a commission-based position.
This position requires a reliable self-starter with great communication and sales skills. Prior market experience is a plus, but not required.
Preferably 3 to 5+ years of experience in sales.
Must have some sales experience, computer skills and the willingness to learn. Experience in the apparel or dance industry is a plus.

Requirements:
Must have a personal vehicle for local travel (FedEx office, warehouse, etc.) Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently Comfortable with light physical tasks like assembling swatches and organizing inventory
Duties/Responsibilities: • Support the setup and tear down of the trade shows which includes resetting the floor plans, moving the product and executing minor changes in the construction of the shelves, displays and drywall. • Inventory management which includes recording the current volume of products, reconciling inventory levels against invoices, tagging product and updating the products with new information. • Support the sales staff during the trade shows by providing excellent customer service to clients, demonstrating strong product knowledge by guiding clients through the available options each vendor has to offer and using the CRM to process orders. • Use the CRM and available software to introduce each customer to all of the products the OneCoast vendors have available. • Ensure each customer has an exceptional experience shopping the OneCoast showrooms. The ideal candidate will have: • Ability to work onsite in the showrooms at the Dallas Market Center in Dallas, TX is required. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. • Ability to learn and use an order system and/or related CRM software. • Positive, happy energy that contributes to a collaborative team environment. • 1-2 years of sales experience in retail or wholesale preferred.
New Market Associates will receive training onsite at the OneCoast showroom in the Dallas Market Center.
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are crucial. Prior road sales experience required.
Must be able to travel as well as meet sales goals.
