Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Market Sales Associate to join our team at the January Gift Market & Apparel & Accessories Market. In this role, you will be the face of our business—assisting shoppers, recommending products, writing orders through our i-pad sales system, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand. You will help ensure our displays are organized, our products look appealing, and customers enjoy a fun and memorable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage with customers in a warm and professional manner Assist customers in selecting gifts and provide product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays and booth space Restock merchandise and assist with arriving shipments Represent the brand positively and uphold excellent customer service standards Schedule & Work Environment: Days would include: January 5, 2026 - January 13, 2026 & January 20, 2026 - January 23, 2026
Qualifications: Prior retail, market, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced event environment Reliable and punctual Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting/moving merchandise Enthusiasm for gifts, small business products, and engaging with customers
