Overview

We are seeking a Market Associate as temporary support for the upcoming Atlanta Market and Gift Show. This position can support our showroom team during the months of May and June 2026. Must be local. Lodging, airfare, travel not included. Meals provided. Daily commute stipend included.

Description

This position can support our showroom team during the months of November and December for various days/times as needed/available. This would include but not be limited to preparation for the upcoming market by unpacking samples, merchandising, organizing catalogs, pricing, ticketing, and other miscellaneous projects around the showroom.

In addition to support with prep option, this position also will support our showroom and sales rep team with order writing and processing, front desk management, greeting customers, and supporting hospitality efforts. This would be the days of Monday, January 12, 2026 – Monday, January 19, 2025 8:30am-5pm. Flexibility in these dates and times can be considered.

Key Responsibilities: • Accurately enter orders from customers into the system in real-time • Learn and provide basic product information and refer complex questions to the sales team • Capture and help to convert new customers and walk in traffic into accounts and orders • Notify sales team of any issues or discrepancies with orders immediately. • Quickly resolve minor issues or errors in order entry. • Escalate larger issues to the appropriate team member for resolution • Represent the company professionally at all times. • Ensure a positive customer experience through prompt and accurate service.

Qualifications: • Experience in customer facing positions such as sales coordination and customer service • Excellent verbal communication skills • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment • Comfortable standing on your feet for 8-9 hours • Past exposure to industry platforms like MarketTime, Brandwise, or EMUN • Familiarity with the wholesale gift and home industry preferred
