Description
As a Junior Sales Executive, you’ll support the growth of BuDhaGirl’s wholesale business by nurturing existing accounts and prospecting new retail partners. You will ensure consistent revenue performance, brand alignment at retail, and exceptional service to our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a portfolio of wholesale accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and high service levels
- Support outreach to new potential retail partners through research, cold calls, and email introductions
- Help prepare for and follow up from trade shows and virtual appointments
- Maintain accurate account notes, order records, and activity in CRM systems
- Provide support with merchandising guidance and reorder recommendations for accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, resolve issues, and gather feedback from accounts
- Monitor account performance and flag opportunities or concerns to senior team members
- Embody BuDhaGirl’s brand values and represent the company professionally in all communications
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales, customer engagement through sales, or wholesale experience (fashion, beauty, lifestyle preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional communication and relationship building
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting, up to 40% travel, and engaging follow-up
- Passionate about fashion, accessories, or retail trends
- Knowledge of wholesale platforms and CRM tools is a plus
