We represent a portfolio of top-selling, high-profile brands in the gift and home décor industry and are seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to join our team and manage our West Texas and New Mexico territory.

Our portfolio includes some of the most recognized and sought-after names in gift, home décor, and specialty goods — brands that open doors and drive sell-through for our retail partners. We are seeking a driven, self-starting Independent Sales Representative to manage and grow our West Texas and New Mexico territory, covering key markets including Lubbock, Amarillo, Midland/Odessa, El Paso, and New Mexico statewide. The ideal candidate will call on existing accounts, develop new retail relationships, and represent our brand portfolio at regional and national trade shows. Full line support, marketing materials, and brand training are provided. This is a commission-based, home-office position with significant earning potential in a well-developed territory.
Minimum 2–3 years outside sales experience in gift, home décor, or specialty goods Established retailer relationships in West Texas and/or New Mexico preferred Self-motivated with strong follow-through and organizational skills Ability to travel regularly throughout the territory Home-based; independent contractor / commission structure
