Overview
As our Bedding Product Developer, you’ll be the creative force behind our soft home collections—shaping each line from initial concept to final production. You’ll curate and adapt vendor artwork, build color stories, and specify every detail from quilting techniques to trims. This is a line-building role—not just surface design. You’ll spend your days refining prints, making smart construction decisions, and assembling tight, production-ready tech packs that keep development moving smoothly and on schedule. Prior experience in home textiles, bedding, or soft home product development is required.
