Overview

We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on National Showroom Manager to oversee our showrooms in Dallas, High Point, and Las Vegas, as well as manage pre-show planning and setup for major trade shows. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in showroom management, experience serving wholesale customers, and the ability to work independently. For most of the year, you’ll be based in our Dallas Market Center showroom, often as the sole team member on-site. You’ll assist walk-in customers (primarily interior designers) and manage an assigned portfolio of house accounts.

Description

  1. Showroom Management
  • Host and assist customers year-round in the Dallas showroom.
  • Oversee all national showrooms to ensure they reflect brand standards, are well-maintained, and drive sales.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and overall appearance, ensuring a welcoming, brand-consistent environment at all times.
  • Update displays, layouts, and merchandising to maximize engagement.
  • Coordinate and host virtual showroom tours with key customers from the Dallas flagship showroom.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams for consistent brand presentation.
  • Manage temporary shows (e.g., Nationwide, HD Expo, BDNY) to company standards.
  • Monitor competitors, trends, and customer feedback to guide strategy.
  • Report regularly on showroom performance, customer feedback, and sales metrics.
  1. Trade Show Execution
  • Manage all aspects of trade show participation, including planning, setup, merchandising, and takedown.
  • Oversee labor crews and participate in setup to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Operations for product movement and display.
  • Schedule appointments for key accounts during shows.
  1. Sales & Account Management
  • Manage and grow assigned house accounts during non-show periods.
  • Introduce new collections, manage reorders, and expand category sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through product expertise, responsive communication, and creative solutions.
  • Use CRM and ERP systems to track opportunities, analyze performance, and manage relationships.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years showroom management experience, ideally in home furnishings.
  • Strong merchandising and sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems; willing to learn new tools.
  • Willing to travel 20–30%, including 4–5 weeks/year for Las Vegas & High Point Markets, plus occasional ad hoc shows.
