Overview

HiEnd Accents, a leading wholesale provider of luxury bedding and home textiles, is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager. In this role, you'll be assigned a major territory within the United States, where you'll be responsible for growing sales with existing accounts, developing new wholesale partnerships, and achieving territory revenue targets. Working from our Dallas office, you'll be managing relationships with wholesale customers such as furniture retailers, home and gift stores, interior designers, department stores and boutique hotels. Success in this position requires a proven track record in inside sales, strong relationship-building skills, digital proficiency with sales tools, and the ability to represent our premium brand to wholesale buyers.

Description

  • Drive territory growth and exceed sales targets through strategic market analysis and data-driven planning
  • Develop new business through systematic lead management, prospecting, and relationship building
  • Grow existing account sales through proactive collection introductions, reorder management, and category expansion
  • Provide excellent customer service through expert product knowledge, prompt communication, creative solutions and follow through
  • Effectively use CRM, order-writing and ERP systems to track opportunities, analyze territory performance, and manage customer relationships
  • Represent HiEnd Accents at major trade shows (approximately 4 weeks of travel per year to Las Vegas and High Point Markets)
  • Serve as a professional brand ambassador, building strong customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the Home Fashions, Gift, Furniture, or Fashion industries
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; extensive sales experience may substitute
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing territory revenue
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with sales technology including CRM systems, SAP (preferred), and Microsoft Office suite (required); digitally-savvy and able to learn and adapt to new digital tools quickly
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and solve problems
  • High energy and enthusiasm with a focus on results
