About Kate Weiser Chocolate

Kate Weiser Chocolate is the creator of CARL the Snowman and known for its hand-painted, bonbons and confections. Founded by Kate Weiser in 2014 in Dallas’ Trinity Groves, the brand quickly made waves in the world of artisan chocolate. Since then, it has expanded to NorthPark Center (2016) and the Shops at Clearfork (2018), and formed national partnership with Neiman Marcus and HEB Central Market. CARL the Snowman earned a spot on Oprah’s Favorite Things in 2018 and Kate gained recognition as one of the Top 10 Chocolatiers in North America by Dessert Professional Magazine in 2014
