We're seeking a detail-obsessed and highly organized National Accounts Sales Coordinator to support our expanding National Accounts division. •National Account Operations: Manage purchase orders from entry to delivery: log, transmit, confirm with vendors, and update as needed. Maintain PO logs and enter/update orders in MarketTime. Communicate with vendors to confirm specs, pricing, delivery timelines, and changes. Maintain digital files for vendor compliance, post-sale documentation, and internal tracking. Manage drop ship programs and weekly/biweekly inventory uploads. Review sales reports from key accounts and assist with recap reporting.
•Spec Sheet Management: Create and maintain spec sheets in collaboration with brands and customers. Organize and archive all spec sheet versions and relevant product data. Ensure accuracy across pricing, dimensions, images, compliance, and packaging requirements. Implement customer drop ship programs and upload corresponding specs and images.
•Sample & Resource Coordination: Track, tag, and organize national account samples and product resources. Coordinate shipping and return of samples to/from brands and customers. Maintain the sample library and order replacements as needed with the showroom coordinator. Check out and track samples following showroom policies.
•Sales & Meeting Support: Prep for markets with meeting snapshots and visual presentation tools. Attend select national account appointments (some travel required). Take thorough meeting notes and share with internal and external partners. Assist in vendor onboarding and research potential new accounts. Support brainstorming sessions with product and theme research.
•Marketing & Digital Content: Create sales tools including presentations, plan-o-grams, signage, and email blasts. Fulfill image requests for buyers and assist with branded marketing materials.
•Nothing Bundt Cakes Account Oversight: Process orders, manage forms, and coordinate samples for all NBC store locations. Maintain communication with all NBC contacts. Oversee planning of the annual NBC national conference and newsletters.
•Tradeshow & Showroom Support: Execute tasks from our pre-market checklists and help maintain showroom organization. Participate in biannual market setup and teardown—this is a full-team, hands-on effort and a vital part of our showroom culture.
• 2+ years experience in operations, wholesale, or retail account coordination preferred. • Excellent organizational skills with a passion for detail and follow-through. • Strong communicator—able to liaise confidently with internal teams, buyers, and vendors. • A true team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves during market setup and key deadlines. • Familiarity with MarketTime or other wholesale ordering platforms a big plus. • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; design tool experience (e.g., Canva) is a bonus. • Comfortable managing multiple timelines and staying ahead of deadlines. • Local travel and occasional market-related overtime required.
