The Remedy Group is bursting at the seams with opportunities, and we are looking for a fantastic, personable, and sales-driven Brand Manager/Road Representative! This full-time in-office position is based in Dallas, TX and requires someone who is creative, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. Responsibilities include managing existing account list and expanding business with the addition of new, strategic accounts. While not required, bringing a book of business is a HUGE advantage.

Remedy is a Dallas-based wholesale fashion agency with our flagship showroom located on the 15th floor of the World Trade Center and brand new 3,600 square feet offices in the heart of the Design District. Our offices are open and contemporary, allowing you to interact with your team members and to drive creativity!

We travel in two custom Mercedes-Benz mobile showrooms, designed for maximum efficiency and results as well as comfort and convenience to you and our customers. We are a high-energy, sales-driven agency catering to the boutique retailer and department store customer, with a consumer in the 25-55 year old range.

We represent mid-tier women’s fashion and accessory brands, with products ranging from denim to dresses and most things in between. We are looking for experienced, sales and results driven, creative, think outside the box people to join our team.

Qualified candidates will have one or more of the following:

  • Two years of fashion showroom and road experience
  • Two years of gift showroom and road experience
  • Two years of department store buying experience
  • College degree in fashion merchandising, marketing, or relevant field

Additional qualifications & responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • MUST be SALES DRIVEN and MONEY motivated

  • Career oriented

  • A high degree of fashion knowledge

  • Ability to create a sales plan and execute in a timely manner

  • Create and surpass sales goals quarterly & yearly

  • Industry knowledge and experience required

  • Drive sales to existing & potential customers through in-person and virtual appointments

  • Travel a minimum of 2 weeks per month from February through June and August through November

  • Lead creative development to find new retailers

  • Measure and report performance of brand(s)

  • Present clear understanding of the wholesale fashion industry

  • Devise innovative growth strategies

  • Critical thinker

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
