We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Jewelry Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting crystals, assembling components, cleaning & polishing, and inspecting jewelry pieces to ensure high-quality craftsmanship. This position requires strong attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to work with small components. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person in McKinney, TX.
Responsibilities • Assemble jewelry components (crystals, chains, clasps, charms, settings, etc.) according to specifications • Perform basic fabrication tasks such as soldering, polishing, bonding, or stone setting (if applicable) • Inspect finished pieces for quality, accuracy, and durability • Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals • Maintain a clean and organized workstation • Work closely with the production team to resolve issues or improve processes • Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times
Qualifications • Previous experience in jewelry assembly or related craft work preferred • Excellent hand–eye coordination and fine motor skills • Ability to work with small tools and delicate components • Strong attention to detail and quality • Ability to follow written & verbal instructions, diagrams, and measurements • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work attitude • Enameling skills is a plus
