Responsibilities:
• Solder small-scale metal components using precision tools • Inspect components and finished products for defects or irregularities • Polish and finish soldered pieces as needed • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow safety procedures and company protocols
Requirements:
• Proven experience soldering fine or costume jewelry (1+ years preferred) • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination • Ability to work with small parts and delicate materials • Familiarity with tools such as torches, files, pliers, and magnifying equipment • Understanding of basic metalworking techniques • Reliability and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in mass production or boutique jewelry making • Knowledge of various plating and finishing techniques • Artistic background or interest in jewelry design
