This is a full time position from M-F 9-5 with a minimum of 40 hours per week

Duties:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a friendly and professional demeanor Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details using excellent communication skills Assist clients with account setup, updates, and troubleshooting by following established procedures Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system Manage cash handling transactions accurately when processing payments or refunds Demonstrate strong phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions and resolve issues efficiently Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client service quality

Qualifications

Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish. (Spanish is an asset and not a requirement. Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly desirable Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products naturally during interactions Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for clear and effective engagement Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with solid computer skills for data entry and documentation Experience with outbound calling campaigns or tele-sales is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of call center etiquette, analysis skills for problem-solving, and cash handling experience will set you apart Join us as a Customer Service Professional where your enthusiasm meets opportunity!
