    Description:

    Marketing Team Support

    • Take detailed notes and track action items during marketing meetings.
    • Manage the industry marketing deck — collect, organize, and prepare materials.
    • Maintain editorial calendars by channel, capturing marketing deadlines to support planning and execution of initiatives.
    • Provide general administrative and logistical support to the marketing team as needed.

    Marketing Collateral

    • Submit creative requests and coordinate the programming and placement of monitor slides across the DMC campus.
    • Generate and manage QR codes for marketing materials.
    • Oversee printed and digital signage: submit creative tickets that align with market campaigns and initiatives and ensure placement throughout the campus promoting upcoming markets.
    • Assist on-campus market operations by organizing fashion show assets and updating food outlet menus.
    • Support the assembly and programming of exhibitor-sponsored email campaigns in Mailchimp.

    Website and App Support

    • Receive training and become proficient on DMC’s website platform.
    • Manage website content updates, including uploading images and text according to the editorial calendar and ad hoc requests.
    • Submit creative tickets for website assets and ensure adherence to all content deadlines.
    • Write, review, and submit app push notifications for each market.

    Event Marketing

    • Create, update, and maintain the ArchLIGHT Summit Sched website (training provided).
    • Coordinate with sponsors, speakers, and team members to collect and update headshots, bios, and logos.
    • Provide social media support during markets and campus events.

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Required Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Required Experience:

    • 1 – 3 years of marketing experience preferred.
    • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must have a professional demeanor.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, Outlook.
