Dallas Market Center is seeking a Registration Associate to join our team! The Market Services Registration Associate is first and foremost an ambassador of the Dallas Market Center to the broader community. You will answer questions from potential buyers and exhibitors and direct inquiries to appropriate departments. You will register new businesses in DMC’s systems and are responsible for processing leads online and in-person during Market events. As a registration associate, you will be required to learn all aspects of a digital customer relationship management (CRM) system, execute the registration policies and procedures, and provide excellent customer service. Schedule: 10 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Bilingual Preferred – English and Spanish

Physical Requirements:

  • Office Environment- Ability to sit for vast majority of work shift
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs
