Position Overview We are seeking a Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to create compelling visual content, manage social media channels, and help grow brand awareness and customer engagement. Responsibilities Design high-quality graphics for social media, email campaigns, advertisements, catalogs, and marketing materials Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other social platforms Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all channels Plan and schedule social media content calendars Create reels, short videos, stories, and promotional campaigns Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and grow online communities Coordinate with photographers, influencers, and marketing partners Assist with trade show promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns Track social media performance and provide monthly reports
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Experience in graphic design and social media management Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and TikTok Excellent visual storytelling and copywriting skills Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience in jewelry, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred
Preferred Skills Product photography and photo editing Video editing for social media content Email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads Shopify or WordPress experience is a plus
