We specialize in western-inspired handbags, wallets, backpacks, and licensed collections including Wrangler, Coca-Cola, NCAA, NFL, NBA, MLB, Navy, Army and more. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion, e-commerce, and customer experience.
We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic professional assistant to support our growing operations. This role is a closely cross-functional job that assists with sales, customer service, e-commerce, and overseeing some shipments to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Support daily business operations and team projects Coordinate with sales on a daily basis Maintain product information, inventory updates, and online listings Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service Help manage social media, e-commerce platforms, or wholesale accounts Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications Participate in trade shows, events, or promotional activities as needed Perform additional administrative or operational duties assigned by management

High School diploma or 2+ years experience preferred Strong computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email communication, and online systems Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Experience with e-commerce platforms, customer service, or sales is a plus Knowledge of fashion accessories, western lifestyle products, or retail trends preferred Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude and professional work ethic Experience with social media, Shopify, Amazon, or wholesale accounts is a plus
