Overview

The assistant manager will promote and implement the company's core values and excellence in customer service. They will be responsible for executing the company's visual presentation and standards regarding the appearance of the showroom.. They will also assist customers in driving sales and support the Showroom Manager with their sales initiatives, including outbound email and calling.

Description

The PT Showroom Manager Assistant will be responsible for managing a customer database, greeting showroom visitors, facilitating sales and product showings, collaborating with our sales manager, conducting follow-ups and more! There is never a dull moment in our energized work environment, and the ideal candidate will bring excellent time management and communication skills to every transaction

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years Sales experience
  • Detial oriented & organized
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • 4-5 hours M-F (can be flexible around how the 20-25 hours are divided_- some Saturday and Sunday during markets and special events
  • Experience or training in the interior design field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • HUB experience is helpful
