We are seeking an experienced, operationally driven Showroom Manager to lead daily operations, sales team compliance, and market execution across our three wholesale showrooms in the Dallas World Trade Center. Serving as our primary "eyes and ears on the ground," you will bridge the gap between our corporate office, sales representatives, and wholesale buyers. You will oversee tech-driven inventory workflows, enforce strict order-processing deadlines, train temporary market staff, and ensure physical product quality matches our online presence. Order Compliance Support: Assist the Showroom Manager in tracking sales rep submissions in Cin7/Shopify, helping enforce the strict 48-hour order entry mandate following order acceptance.
Temp Staff Training & Onsite Support: Help onboard and train temporary workers on order-taking procedures and buyer intake during trade shows, serving as floor supervisor during peak hours.
Sample QA & Corporate Coordination: Inspect incoming physical samples against Shopify product images to identify discrepancies, reporting variances directly to the Corporate Office.
Receiving & Cash-and-Carry Inventory: Coordinate receiving, scanning (SKUVault), tagging, and stocking for all three showrooms—covering floor display samples, market inventory, and cash-and-carry stock.
Showroom Maintenance & Market Staging: Ensure all three showroom spaces remain fully stocked, visually appealing, and pristine for both daily buyer appointments and major market weeks.
Corporate Reporting & Daily Logs: Help gather operational data, stock levels, and sales rep updates to prepare summary reports for the home office.
Wholesale or High-Volume Retail Background: 1–3 years of experience in B2B wholesale showrooms (Dallas Market Center experience is a major plus) or showroom operations.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity or hands-on experience with inventory and order management systems like Cin7, Shopify, SKUVault, and ShipStation.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional eye for detail to catch sample discrepancies, audit order entries, and manage incoming stock.
Leadership Potential: Strong communication skills to train temporary staff, guide sales reps, and coordinate directly with both the Showroom Manager and the Corporate Office.
Flexibility: Ability to work extended hours during major Dallas Market Center market weeks.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal skills to bridge corporate directives, lead market staff, and deliver clear, high-impact updates to buyers, sales reps, and executive leadership.
